Individual Program Design
We focus on the coach-client relationship
You will consult with a coach who will tailor your program based on your goals, fitness, and lifestyle history/background
You will go through a movement assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Ongoing monthly progress check-in calls with your coach Workouts delivered through TrueCoach- an easy to use application at your fingertips!
Additional Coach correspondence/check-ins through TrueCoach! With individual design, you can workout anywhere, at your convenience, with a plan customized to your needs and focused on your goals- all with the guidance of a coach each step of the way!
