The fitness landscape is always evolving and so are we. The one thing that has never changed for us is our unrelenting desire to help you reach your fitness goals. The process in which to get you there has been refined over the years.
Our process starts with something called a discovery call. We know that starting a fitness journey or walking into a gym can be a major challenge for people, so starting with this call is a crucial, non intimidating first step.
The call generally lasts around 5-7 minutes and the entire purpose is to see if you are a good fit for our culture, and most importantly if we are a good fit for you. When I say ‘good fit for you’ I mean that we are able to help you with exactly what you’re looking for.
If all goes well on the call we will next book a no sweat intro. The no sweat intro is a 30 minute in person continuation of the discovery call where we dive deeper into the ‘why’ behind your goals. We will discuss many things including work schedule, fitness history, nutrition and more. This really helps us craft the optimal program to help get you to your goals most efficiently. For 99% of the population some form of 1 on 1 coaching is almost always what we start with.
Over the past 13 years in business we’ve realized that most people who enter our space don’t have an issue with working out 3 days per week, it’s the other 160+ hours outside of the gym that are preventing them from getting the results they desire. Working with a coach 1 on 1 increases your level of accountability infinitely and that’s why we almost always start there. If your goal is group classes we make sure you’re ready for that particular program by first assessing where you are, and then teaching you the basic movement mechanics in a safe and easy to learn 1 on 1 environment. This ensures that you have the best possible experience. If you need nutrition help or anything else, our services are there to literally change your life.
Once the no sweat intro is over and you sign up, you’re officially part of our 90 day client journey. This is where we stand apart from the competition. Whether we’ve decided together that your best path is 1 on 1 or group training we will first start with an introduction to our client success manager (CSM). Our CSM’s entire job revolves around making sure your time with us is money well spent, and that you never get lost in the cracks like people do at other gyms. Not in for a week? Our CSM is going to email you to check in on you. Traveling for work or pleasure and need some workouts? Our CSM will send you some workouts. Having trouble signing into classes? Our CSM is there to help make your life easier.
One of the first and most important things our CSM will do is book a 90 day goal setting review. Yes we book this appointment 90 days in advance because our staff and services are committed to helping you get closer to the person you’d like to become.
If you make it to our 90 day goal setting consultation which 99% of our members do, this is where we will discuss the goals you came in with, and measure your progress using our Inbody 270 scale. Based on your progress, we will reassess your plan, and craft the best approach for you moving forward.
Our process has been thought out time and time again to make your lives easier. We do not believe in “trial classes” we believe in problem solving and getting results. Our discovery call and no sweat intro allow us to get to know you far better than a trial class could ever do, and most importantly prescribe the best course of action for you moving forward.
